Users should always review and verify AI outputs before submitting applications or sharing generated materials with potential employers.

You agree not to:

• ●Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

HireSwarm is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: job application outcomes, interview results, or employment decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you may request export of your personal data.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
